Conditions & Cancellation Policy: Payment is due in full at the time of the virtual tour shoot. (unless written contract with agency or business states otherwise) If tour is scheduled and homeowner is not present or the property cannot be photographed, a rescheduling fee of $25 will be added to total tour cost to come back out. Tours will expire 12 months from the date of launch. An additional $50.00 fee can be paid annually to retain tour - see rep for details. Alternately, for an additional $75.00 fee, the tour can be hosted on your webserver permanently -see rep for details
